RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
- We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has manufacturing defects.
How do I return an item with manufacturing defects?
- Email support@backuplambent.com to report the defect.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Invoice number
- Description and reference of the defective item
- Explanation of the defect
- Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
- Returns without prior authorization (via email) may not be accepted.
- Once the defective item is received and verified in our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange.
REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the defective item is received and verified.
- If the delivery of the order was unsuccessful due to customer error (wrong phone number, wrong address, absence at the address, non-compliance with local legislation, etc.), the order will be returned to LAMBENT at the customer’s expense (including any fees and customs duties). These fees will be deducted from any refund.
