RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has manufacturing defects.

How do I return an item with manufacturing defects?

  1. Email support@backuplambent.com to report the defect.
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Invoice number
    • Description and reference of the defective item
    • Explanation of the defect
  3. Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
  4. Returns without prior authorization (via email) may not be accepted.
  5. Once the defective item is received and verified in our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the defective item is received and verified.
  • If the delivery of the order was unsuccessful due to customer error (wrong phone number, wrong address, absence at the address, non-compliance with local legislation, etc.), the order will be returned to LAMBENT at the customer’s expense (including any fees and customs duties). These fees will be deducted from any refund.
